Sales Team Leader

Role Overview:
Our client in the Education & Training sector is hiring a Sales Team Leader to lead a dynamic team focused on driving student enrollments across professional programs such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, ICWIM, and FMVA. The ideal Sales Team Leader will combine sales expertise with strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure consistent performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

  • Monitor lead pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM discipline (Odoo) to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Analyze conversion rates and optimize the sales funnel for maximum performance.

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve team and organizational goals.

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within education, training, or service industries.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Odoo).
