Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and targets through effective team management.
  • Design and execute strategic action plans to expand the customer base and ensure market presence.
  • Recruit, set goals, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to management.
  • Address complaints, coordinate with quality and customer service teams, and maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate daily team productivity, provide guidance, and motivate the team.
  • Represent the company in major client negotiations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement.
