Role Overview

The Sales Manager oversees sales operations, ensuring the team achieves targets, builds customer relationships, and improves performance through training and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve departmental targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor the sales team’s performance.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and address their needs.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and address client needs.
  • Identify market trends and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Track and report daily and monthly sales activities and progress.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
