Role Overview:

The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end services.
You will focus on creating scalable APIs, optimizing database performance, and ensuring smooth integration across products and platforms.
This role requires strong coding practices, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs for mobile apps, web UIs, and data ingestion applications.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Ruby on Rails code.

• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Data Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Continuously analyze and improve system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.

• Proven ability to write robust, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
