Learning Advisor (Sales Executive)

Role Overview:

Our client in the Education & Training sector is hiring Learning Advisor (Sales Executives) to join their growing team in Egypt. The selected Learning Advisor will guide prospective students through their learning journey — from the first inquiry to successful enrollment — ensuring a consultative and personalized experience that aligns with each learner’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound student inquiries and provide professional course consultations.

  • Advise students on suitable programs based on their goals, background, and learning needs.

  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective follow-up and communication.

  • Maintain accurate records and lead pipelines using the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with operations and instructors to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, academic advising, or student recruitment.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach.
