Our client in the Education & Training sector is hiring Learning Advisor (Sales Executives) to join their growing team in Egypt. The selected Learning Advisor will guide prospective students through their learning journey — from the first inquiry to successful enrollment — ensuring a consultative and personalized experience that aligns with each learner’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound student inquiries and provide professional course consultations.
Advise students on suitable programs based on their goals, background, and learning needs.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective follow-up and communication.
Maintain accurate records and lead pipelines using the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with operations and instructors to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, academic advising, or student recruitment.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach.
