Role Overview

The Indoor Sales Automotive representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service in the showroom, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable vehicles. This role includes driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth buying process, while staying updated on the latest automotive trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in the showroom and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of leads and sales activities.
  • Assist customers with financing options and insurance processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance showroom displays and promotional activities.
