Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Previous experience in recruiting technical positions is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
