Role Overview
HRMC – Human Resources Management Consulting is hiring a Flutter Mobile Developer to join one of our top-tier clients remotely.
As a Flutter Mobile Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The role focuses on creating scalable, high-performance mobile solutions and delivering outstanding user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration.
Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-
party libraries.
Maintain, test, and continuously improve existing mobile applications.
Deploy and manage apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Flutter code.
Qualifications
Proven experience in mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of OOP and State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX).
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and local databases (SQLite, Hive).
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Push Notifications, Firestore) is a plus.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
