Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to join our client in the education and training sector. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop partnerships, explore new market opportunities, and support initiatives that increase brand presence and revenue across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with academic and corporate institutions.
Explore new market opportunities to expand the company’s regional footprint.
Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements and training partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to align business goals and client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partnership performance.
Support strategic initiatives that enhance brand presence and revenue streams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in education, training, or corporate learning.
Proven track record in partnership management and deal negotiation.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong market understanding across Egypt, UAE, and KSA.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
